At the ITS Asia Pacific Forum 2024 in Jakarta, the groundbreaking Jakarta Initiative for Sustainable and Intelligent Urban Mobility (JI4SIUM) was introduced, with one of its keys focused on the use of clean technology through developing the urban Electric Vehicles (EV) ecosystem. To drive this vision forward, ITS Indonesia, in collaboration with Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, Indonesian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and 5P Global Movement, are hosting series of JI4SIUM Webinars, started with “Partnership for Advancing EV Ecosystem” on Thursday, 29th August 2024, at 13.00 Jakarta Time. 

This event will bring together leading transportation stakeholders to explore innovative solutions, share insights, and discuss the actionable steps in shaping a more sustainable and intelligent urban mobility landscape, through the EV ecosystem. Ultimately, it aims to call for necessary action and collaboration while addressing the challenges of the EV ecosystem to meet the sustainable development goals and net zero emission target of Indonesia, while contributing to the COP29 (United Nations Climate Change Conference) in Baku, Azerbaijan.
